As a Doctor , I always used to think that the staff working with you should be as competent as you. In every hospital, Doctors form a part of a system, which have to work together to give optimum functioning. There are other people who are equally or even more important than the doctors for proper functioning.. They are the Managers, Nursing staff, Technicians, Cleaning guys etc..
